Junior Sailing
Our Junior courses are packed with fun! We’ve got great boats for little people (oppies) and exciting boats for bigger people (toppers). There are so many exciting things to learn and games we can play while sailing that the day flies by. We run two day RYA Stage 1, 2, 3, & 4 & improvers courses and a big sociable Summer 5 day Summer holiday week covering RYA courses for all levels of juniors. This is a great fun way to make friends who sail, and to see the same friends every Summer.
Our RYA courses and Summer holiday week are best generally for those about aged 8 upwards.
For little brothers and sisters, we offer starfish sailors sessions (ideal for ages 5-7). We also offer 2 hour taster sessions at Peterhead as part of Peterhead’s Scottish Week in July for ages 8-16.
Other opportunities include Race training (for Stage 3+) and After school sailing clubs. And for regular sailing in Peterhead, Fun Fridays for young members of Peterhead Sailing Club.
